Alppiruusupuisto 2020

Helsinki is a beautiful, and lively city yet close to nature. Every summer when the weather is getting warmer, I just want to spend time outside. There are many places that I haven’t been and wanted to explore.

One of my favorite places that I have come back many times is Alppiruusupuisto or Rodopuisto which is located in Haaga. The place is near to Huopalahti train station. The park is very colorful with many different varieties of rhododendron, includes azaleas. I went a bit early, many flowers haven’t bloomed yet except a small part of them. I guess it will bloom in one or two weeks.  However, it was nice walking in the park and admiring the flowers in a cool summer day.
