The combination between blueberry
and banana makes it one of the most popular smoothies until now. Furthermore,
using honey instead of sugar is very healthy and you can decide whether to use honey
or not, if you think the banana is sweet enough. For me, I always use honey.
Ingredients
¾ cup plain yogurt (Pirkka)
A handful of frozen blueberry
1 ½ tbsp. honey
1 ripe banana
1 cup milk
Directions
Place all ingredients in a
bowl and use immersion blender to blend until smooth as desire.
