Finland is cold and
windy at this moment. All autumn leaves are soon departing because of
a few winds. It's getting dark quicker, however, there are a few
things I do to cheer up a little in this weather.
Here is a rose plant I
got from my boyfriend and a Swiss cheese plant (split leaf
philodendron) I got from my friend this summer.

2. Taking care of
myself
There are many times I
have negative thinking and wouldn't want to do anything. But I tried
to take care of myself. For example, I start with something very
simple: taking a shower, enjoy warm water flowing in the skin with favorite shower gel scent and relax with music on.
3. Meditation and
yoga
It's easy for me not to do
exercise. That's why I tried to do very short yoga every morning that
wouldn't last longer than 2 minutes before I go to work.
4. Listening to music
or reading good book
Someday I went home and
laid in bed with my head phone, listened to music without doing
anything else and I felt so good. My currently reading is “the life
changing magic of tidying up”, it is really an inspiring book. I
had de cluttered before but now I have a lot of stuffs. I will try if
I can de clutter a gain.
Last but not least is
the picture of my favorite products.
Bevita lip balm: I cannot live without this. My lower lip is super dry and breaks out easily. Since I know this lip balm from the pharmacy, I have used it almost 2 year and introduce it to my friends. It is my magic lip balm.
Garnier Micellar cleansing water: this product is super effective for removing makeup.

ever plump: the jar is almost empty now. It keeps my skin well moisturized
and smells like the ocean.
